NOTE: Software and the instructions for upgrading are provided as part of an active support and maintenance agreement. Technical services by the CareVoyant staff to perform the upgrade is billable depending on your contract.
  • If you are not a CV Hosted client and do not have Silver Maintenance, regular rates will apply at $150/hour for the following timeframes (all times noted are central standard time):
    • Sunday night through Thursday night - 11:00pm to 7:00 am
    • Monday through Friday - 8:00am to 5:00pm
  • After-hours rates of $75/hour for Silver Maintenance Clients, and $225/hour for regular maintenance clients, will apply for the following timeframes (all times notes are central standard time):
    • Monday through Thursday - 5:00pm to 11:00pm
    • Friday through Sunday - 5:00pm Friday to 11:00pm Sunday.
***The Test upgrade is required before Production upgrade to any release you request. Upgrades are always first performed in a non-production environment (Test or Training) before the production upgrade is performed. Customer should perform business process testing before production upgrade. Requesting a Production upgrade without a prior Test upgrade request to the same release version, will result in delays in processing and scheduling.***

Please Note:
All Users will need to stay out of the environment during the upgrade.
Work done during after-hours/weekend will be billed at after-hours rate.
